WHAT SHAPES THE FINAL QUOTE
These are starting points, not fixed universal quotes. The final number depends on:
- Creative complexity and number of scenes
- Animation, VFX, and asset-creation requirements
- Aspect ratios and deliverable formats
- Included revision rounds
- Voice-over and licensed music or footage
- Usage and licensing needs
- Deadline and rush delivery
Every proposal states one clear number, the schedule, and exactly what it includes — before production begins.
HOW PAYMENT WORKS
Simple, stated up front, and confirmed in every proposal before production begins.
- Qualifying 10- and 15-second projects may begin without an upfront deposit, subject to scope approval by SceneClarity.
- You receive a private, watermarked, review-quality preview.
- Full payment is due before delivery of unwatermarked final masters, included source files, and commercial usage rights.
- 30-second, 60-second, custom, rush, or production-heavy projects may require a booking deposit.
- Additional concepts, out-of-scope changes, extra revision rounds, third-party licenses, voice-over, and rush delivery can change the quote.
- The final proposal confirms scope, timeline, included revisions, deliverables, payment schedule, and usage terms before production starts.
50% to book, 50% before final delivery — an editable default for larger projects, not a universal rule.
QUESTIONS
BEFORE YOU ASK
What do you need from me to begin?
Enough to scope: what the product or service is, who it's for, what the ad should achieve, where it will run, and when you need it. References help but aren't required. The Start a Project form covers all of it in a few minutes.
Can SceneClarity develop the idea and visual direction?
Yes — most projects start from a rough goal, not a finished script. Concept and visual direction development is part of THE DIRECTION step: you receive a concrete recommended route before production begins.
How is the final price calculated?
Duration sets the starting point. The final quote depends on creative complexity, number of scenes, animation and VFX requirements, asset creation, aspect ratios and deliverable formats, revisions, voice-over or licensed media, usage needs, and deadline. You get one clear number in the proposal — before anything is produced.
How many revision rounds are included?
Each proposal states the included revision rounds for that scope, and feedback is consolidated into one clear set of notes per round.
Default included revision count — to be confirmed by the studio
When is payment required?
Qualifying 10- and 15-second projects may begin without an upfront deposit, subject to scope approval. Larger or production-heavy projects may require a booking deposit. In every case you review a private watermarked preview, and full payment is due before delivery of clean final masters and usage rights.
What formats and aspect ratios can be delivered?
Masters are produced in the aspect ratios your placements need — 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 — plus platform-ready exports at the right resolutions and codecs. The exact deliverable list is agreed in the proposal.
Can you create versions for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and websites?
Yes. Platform versions are planned from the start — framing, pacing, and safe areas are considered during the build rather than cropped as an afterthought.
How long does production usually take?
It depends on scope — a single-scene 10-second spot and a multi-scene 60-second narrative are different productions. Your proposal includes a concrete schedule, and rush options can be discussed.
Typical turnaround ranges — to be confirmed by the studio
How are AI-assisted tools used in the process?
As production instruments inside a directed workflow — previsualization, world-building, controlled variation. Every frame passes through creative judgment, compositing, and finishing. The deliverable is a finished advertisement that meets the studio's standard, whatever mix of tools produced it.
